The registration procedure consists of three steps:

    You must first fill in the on-line registration form, which will give you an MG15 registration ID code that you must save (save or print the subsequent web page with this MG15 registration ID; it will be sent to your email address to confirm registration).

    Deadlines for abstract submission are as follows:
    • Oral communications and poster presentations: April 30 - extended up to 10 June 2018
    • Plenary talks: May 30
    The decision regarding Parallel Session acceptance and form of presentation (oral/poster) will be transmitted to authors by June 15.

    A procedure for extended abstract submission has been adopted to offer more detailed program information at the meeting, and help expedite your later contribution to the proceedings. After submitting a short text abstract, it will be helpful but not mandatory to upload a PDF file with a short summary of the contribution (say 2 pages for posters, 4 pages for oral contributions, 10 pages for plenary talks) including a complete reference list in order to provide more information to other participants in the meeting to draw interest to your work. This can be done as a separate step any time before the meeting. This PDF should be prepared with the World Scientific proceedings Latex or Word template available on the proceedings page. This will give the parallel session chairpersons more information to evaluate and referee each contribution for acceptance as well as to allocate appropriate time slots. Secondly, when the program is finalized just before the meeting, all the summaries of the accepted contributions (possibly updated at chairperson discretion) will be made available to all participants via the conference web site. After the meeting, these documents can be easily edited by their authors for submission to the MG15 Proceedings.
    Submitting an abstract at least one month before the deadline will increase the chances that the chairs can consider it for inclusion in the program.

    The result of all submissions can be viewed in the preliminary participant list.

    You can also participate in the meeting without submitting an abstract for a talk or poster by completing only Steps 1 and 3..

  3. FINALIZE YOUR REGISTRATION (at this step you may pay your registration fee) 
    You may next proceed to pay the registration fee, keeping in mind the early registration fee deadline of May 25, 2018, extended up to June 10, 2018. The 1st registration step is required of all participants. Step 2 is not compulsory; you are required to fill out that form only if you wish to present a scientific contribution in a parallel session at the meeting.
