Registration

The registration procedure consists of three steps:

  1. ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM:
    You must first fill in the on-line registration form, which will give you an MG14 registration ID code that you must save (save or print the subsequent web page with this MG14 registration ID; it will be sent to your email address to confirm registration).

    Please, make sure not to use the same e-mail address for more than one registration/participant. Thank you.

    Please note that a further email (subject: MG14 instructions for payment) will be sent by registration@sistemacongressi.com shortly after. This email will include instructions to pay your registration fee (STEP 3).

  2. ON-LINE PARALLEL SESSION OR PLENARY TALK ABSTRACT SUBMISSION AND POSTER SESSION (Deadline for submission is June 25th)
    A new procedure for abstract submission has been adopted to help expedite the proceedings and offer more detailed program information at the meeting itself. After submitting an abstract, it will be helpful but not mandatory to upload a PDF file with a short summary of the contribution (2 pages for posters, 4 pages for oral contributions, 10 pages for plenary talks) including a complete reference list in order to provide more complete information to other participants in the meeting to draw interest to your work. This can be done as separate step any time before the meeting if possible. This PDF should be prepared with the World Scientific proceedings Latex or Word template available on the proceedings page. The main reason for this new policy is twofold. First, in this way the chairpersons will have more information to evaluate and submit to referee each contribution for acceptance as well as to allocate the appropriate time slots. Second, when the program will be finalized, before the meeting, all the summaries of the accepted contributions (possibly updated, upon chairperson decisions) will be made available to all participants via the conference web page and, after the meeting, they will be published in the MG14 Proceedings Volumes.

    You can also participate in the meeting without submitting an abstract for a talk or poster by completing only Steps 1 and 3.

  3. PAY REGISTRATION FEE (at this step you may also pay for Banquet)
     Early registration fee deadline postponed to June 10 
    You may next proceed to pay the registration fee, keeping the early registration fee deadline of May 25, 2015 extended to June 10th in mind. Please follow the instructions included in the email (subject: MG14 instructions for payment) you received. If you haven’t received any instruction payment email, please write to registration@sistemacongressi.com
    REGULAR
    € 350 Until May 25th extended to June 10th (6PM CET)
    € 400 After June 10th (6PM CET)
    STUDENT
    € 150 Anytime (with Certification of "Student Status" to be sent to registration@sistemacongressi.com)
    Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. students only.
    The student rate is not available for post-doctorates.
    At this step you may also book your ticket for the conference banquet. Price € 70.

    If you are interested in lunch boxes, tickets can be booked ONLY at the registration; there will be a dedicated desk.

    On line fee payments will be accepted until July 5, 2015. Registration link will be disconnected at 6PM (Central European Time).

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE?
Registration Fee includes: admission to all sessions, coffee breaks, conference proceedings (this last one is not included with student fee).

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR REGISTRATIONS
If the registration and abstract submission pages do not appear after you click on their link, try again while pressing the control button down ( CTRL ) and simultaneously clicking on the link.
The 1st registration step is required to all participants. Step 2 is not compulsory; you are required to fill-in that form only if you wish to present a scientific contribution in a parallel session at the meeting.

PROBLEMS
If you forget your MG14 registration ID, click here.
Some institutions have exaggerated file security measures that may prevent a few of you from accessing our registration robot. Try a home internet service provider before contacting us for help.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION
For payment of the registration fee on-site, only VISA, Mastercard or cash in Euros will be accepted. The cash amount should be exact, since excessive transactions requiring change will not be possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be received in writing by June 30, 2015. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund, less € 75 for administrative fee per cancellation. Please mail your cancellation request to: registration@sistemacongressi.com. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 30, 2015 (6PM CET).
