Abstract |
We examine how the gravitational wave signal of a perturbed black hole is affected by a bosonic field within linear theory. We study the gravitational radiation emitted by the interaction of a massive scalar field into a Schwarzschild black hole. Whereas part of the scalar field is scattered by the black hole emitting gravitational wave emission, another part remains in the vicinity of the black hole yielding changes in the gravitational signal. |
