Abstract |
It is a little known fact that the complex quaternions yield each of the standard model's Lorentz representations. That is: scalars, spinors, four-vectors, and the field strength tensor. In this talk, we will see how each of these Lorentz representations materialize as special invariant subspaces of the algebra. (No prior knowledge of division algebras will be assumed.) |
