Talk	Oral abstract	Title	Cosmic Viscosity As The Remedy For The Tension Between CMB and LSS Data

Abstract	Invited talk for CM4 session. We show that the tension between sigma_8 and omega_m and between H_0 and Omega_m determinations between the data from CMB and LSS can be resolved if the dark matter has a small amour of shear or bulk viscosity. The viscosity may be from dark matter self interactions of it may be a effective viscosity arising from non-linear perturbations. The neutrino mass in this scenario is more severely constrained compared to the prediction of the LCDM model.
