Relativistic Dipole Radiation Mode in the Model of Hercules X-1 |

Abstract |
Radiation of charged particles in Cyclotron and Relztivistic Dipole modes is investigated. Radiation characteristics, in particular power, angular and spectral distribution, are considered. Special attention is paid to polarization properties of the radiation. Approach which allows us to distinguish between Cyclotron and Relativistic Dipole modes is worked out. Applicability of the model of Relativistic Dipole radiation mode in the case of a neutron star, particularly Hercules X-1, is considered. |
