Gauge-noninvariance of quantum cosmology and quantization of cosmological constant |
Abstract _ |
In quantum cosmology the support for a cosmological constant $\Lambda$ as a promising vacuum dark energy candidate, comes from gauge-noninvariance of quantum cosmology. The connection between a gauge and quantum spectrum for a certain physical quantity can be specified in the frame of the minisuperspace model. In the appropriate gauge $\Lambda$ is quantized, so that making a measurement today one can find its small value with the big probability, while at the beginning of the evolution the biggest probability corresponds to the big $\Lambda$. Transitions between quantum levels of $\Lambda$ in the course of the Universe evolution, can be related to several scales for symmetry breaking. |
