1 - FTP BY THE REMOTE ACCESS

    This are the parameters for to connect at your home directory:

             server: www.icra.it or ntsrvg9.icra.it
             username: your username
             password:  your password

You can use a ftp dos command or you can download a windows program while FileZilla

also you can use Internet Explorer or equivalent programs simply typing:

ftp://username@www.icra.it

after put your username and password
